About Allie
Allie Pepe, LMSW
Allie is a psychotherapist who is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate the complexities of depression, anxiety, and life transitions. She specializes in providing therapy rooted in a rich understanding of neuroscience, bio-psychosocial assessment, and evidence-based practice.
Allie attended Tulane University for her undergraduate education earning a Bachelor's degree in psychology, and received her clinical master's degree from Fordham University School of Social Work.
Allie's individualized therapeutic approach is driven by her client's needs, strengths, and goals. She works from a strength-based approach to create the necessary supportive, safe, and judgment-free environment where her clients can feel empowered to strive toward positive change. Allie helps her clients develop personal insight and essential coping skills to manage and navigate stressors that may arise from work, school, or life transitions.
Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, and Attachment-Based therapy.
