Listed above are a number of therapeutic theories, approaches and types of therapy. Unless you are well versed with the world of therapy, it may be difficult to know which approach you would want or which will work best for you. Leave that up to Coco!
However, here are some simple starting points of self exploration that you can do on your own.
1. Identify Your Unique Strengths
First and foremost, write a list of your strengths. They are unique simply because you possess them!
Ask yourself, what do people thank you for? What do you enjoy doing most? What are your three favorite attributes about yourself?

2. Write out your Values
Figure out what you truly value. Once you know what you value, it is a lot easier to find those that share those core values, jobs that share those values and how to spend your time each day.

3. Think about your life experiences
We learn things everyday about what we love, what we are good at, and we need to apply the information we acquire from our experiences. Take some time to journal and think about what experiences have helped shape your life, your trajectory. Think of someone that inspires you.
